8. Customer service and follow up.
Ask your customers if there is any way you can improve your product and service. Remember, the customer is always right.
9. Moving ahead.
Dealing with bigger quantities of products. Can you pre-sell them? How about JV and affiliate programs?
10. Evaluate and set new goals.
Ceilings become floors. Where are you going to progress to next?
There is a lot to be said for keeping it simple, starting small and really doing your research. Think of a pyramid. The bottom is very wide, while the top is very small. Think of the top of the pyramid as being your sales and the rest of it, from the base up as being the research and effort put in to get there.
